Yes β absolutely.
All of our Virtual Assistants are UK-based, carry Professional Indemnity Insurance as standard, and are registered with the Information Commissionerβs Office (ICO) for full GDPR compliance.

We make password sharing safe, secure, and easy.
If you already use a password manager that allows team access β great! Just add us as a user. If not, no stress. We commonly use LastPass, and some of our team are also familiar with 1Password, Keeper, and NordPass.
Weβll always work with the method youβre most comfortable with, and weβll guide you through the setup if youβre new to it.

Yes β once your contract is signed and support is underway, all client calls are considered part of your agreed support hours.
As self-employed professionals, our time is our income β so whether itβs an update chat, a planning session, or troubleshooting together, calls are always counted within your package.
